Vistancia
Stetson Valley is a planned community that, when completed, will host approximately 2000 homes. They are still building in this community with 75% of the homes built. Builders for this Stetson Valley are Pulte and Lennar (who also built under the names of Greystone and US homes). The square foot range is from 1307 and 5155 which includes some patio homes but most are single family properties.
Stetson Valley is a beautiful community nestled in the Sonoran desert foothills. It offers lots of great walking trails, large amounts of plush green belts that are over seeded for winter and an abundance of pocket parks sprinkled throughout the community which includes splash pads and playground equipment. On the far northeast corner of the subdivision there is a City of Phoenix park that currently contains soccer fields, volley ball courts and basket ball courts.
Other amenities under construction at Deem Hills Park including a dog park.Land is reserved to build a community school for grades k-8 on the west side of the community however no date to break ground has been set at this time. Currently students are bused to Stetson Hills School which, according to their school report card, is an excelling school. High School students are attend Sandra Day O’Conner which also has a rating of excelling by the AZ Department of Education.
